Fast-setting powder plaster for moulds

It is used for the production of plaster products, frames, rosettes, molds. It is suitable for execution in plaster moldings. It is also used as a base plaster for the production of premixed gypsum.

Calcium hemihydrate powder, obtained by grinding of gypsum (CaSO4 2H2O) of particular characteristics, subsequent cooking in methane ovens and homogenization at constant temperatures.

• Residual at 200 µm < 1%
• Water / powder ratio 100 / 140
• Setting time (Knife) 15-25 min.
• Fire reaction class A1
• Moisture-free paper bag kg 25
